Digital Services
Digital Services was formed in response to Heathrow’s digital transformation, to realise the potential of the technologies and data to enable Heathrow to continue to give passengers the best airport service in the world. The team are accountable for defining, delivering and running the services on our cloud platforms. Working with Commercial to deliver the customer engagement and e-commerce strategy through the chosen technologies and across Commercial and Operations to deliver the data and insights strategy. This is a rapidly growing team made up of Delivery Leads, Product Specialists, Software Development and Digital Transformation Experts.
Chief Technology Office
Made up of four functional areas which are Architecture Innovation (Tech), Cyber and Risk Management (IT), we are accountable for setting the Technology Strategy and driving Technology Innovation across Heathrow. Encompassing the Cyber Security and IT Risk Management functions for security of Information and Systems. Our mission is to ensure that the capability and resilience of Heathrow’s systems are at the forefront of enabling world class service to passengers.
Service Delivery
Working together to transform passenger and colleague experience by providing user centric IT services in a simple and consistent way. We drive the performance of 5 key suppliers with 500 strong personnel deployed globally to smoothly run Baggage, Airside, passenger facing and corporate services. Delivering out of hours support 24/7, 365 days a year. Our team is made up of Service & Technical Specialists and Business Partners.
Change & Transformation
We are accountable for shaping the future portfolio of IT investment to translate into delivery of change and transformation projects. From design and delivery of technological infrastructure to rolling out tranformational ways of working enabled by technology. Our team is made up of Programme & Project specialist, Business analyst, Testing specialist and Business change experts.
